US Shipping options, prices and time:
ALL orders will now be sent with Delivery Confirmation (hence the $0.65
increase) for your reference. Shipping on sample bags is no longer free due to the
rising cost of packaging and shipping fees. We do apologize! Notification emails
will be sent to the email address provided with payment and are automatic upon
shipping. You may also inquire about your order courteously at anytime by
emailing reprotaylor@aol.com with your name and order number. Lost or Stolen
packages will be replaced free of charge upon verification and only after
appropriate time has passed. Damaged packages will be replaced free of charge
but we do ask that you provide us with a brief description of damage and/or
photos so we can verify if the damage was our fault or that of the USPS.
First Class : 3 to 7 business days (after handling/turn around time)
Priority : 2 to 4 business days (after handling/turn around time)

International Shipping options, prices and time:
~Please understand that not all countries accept USPS packages safely and securely and every shipment to small
International cities can be risky. Some countries do not even allow the shipment of pigments. This information is
up to you, the customer, to obtain and decide on before purchasing. We ship anywhere in the world in an effort to
make our products available to everyone but there are always risks when packages pass through so many hands.
There are guaranteed ways to ship internationally but they can be quite expensive. If you plan to purchase a large
amount we do suggest emailing us for rates on guaranteed services. We do our best to document all shipments and
cooresponding numbers to ensure you are kept up to date on your packages progress. We will gladly scan and email
your proof of delivery slip which contains your customs form number (available on every order) - all you have to
do is request it!
Only International orders shipped via Priority with Registered Mail (available at
checkout) or Express will be replaced in the event of loss or damage. All Global Airmail
and Priority without Registered Mail shipments include proof of shipment and are
therefore no longer our responsibility once they are in the hands of the postal service.
This means if your package is shipped by one of these methods and is lost you will be
responsible for purchasing the entire order again. WE WILL NO LONGER RESHIP FOR
FREE! Please research your countries customs policies prior to ordering to be sure your
package will be passed through. If you do not plan to select Express or Priority with
Registered Mail, it is advised that you place a small order first to test arrival.
Shipping prices for International mail have risen considerably over the last few months.
It is unfortunate, but is not within our control to change.
If an international customer chooses not to use Express or Priority with Registered Mail,
the cost of a replacement shipment will be the responsibility of the consumer.
We are more than happy to ship alternate ways if you know of a safer, more
secure method that you have used before or if you have an account you would
like us to bill! Just email and we will research rates and bill you for the
difference:-)
